It’s very simple you book with us, we set up at your event, serve your guests delicious coffee and crafted lattes.
Herencia Coffee Co. requires a 50% deposit at time of booking. The remainder balance is due at the completion of service.
Our pricing is determined by guest count, event location, and duration. For events located more than 10 miles away, a travel fee will apply. Visit "Contact Us” page to get a personalized quote for your event.
We are located in the beautiful Napa Valley, California; but we are open to travel beyond our area.

We can serve both indoors and outdoors as long as we have a running power outlet, lighting and it’s not raining. It is the client’s responsibility to have a plan and secondary plan in hand in case of unexpected weather conditions.

For a successful fundraiser we ask that you have an attendance of at least 200 people.
